iTMS reaches 250 million downloads

According to C|Net News.com, iTunes Music Store (iTMS) reached 250 million downloads.

Apple Computer said Monday that it has sold more than 250 million songs through its iTunes Music Store as daily downloads reached an all-time high of 1.25 million songs.

It took Apple 11 months to read the first 50 million downloads, reached 100 million downloads last July, and 200 million downloads last December. Apple's Press Release.
