WebKit is now open

Apple's Safari team announced the WebKit Open Source Project, the new website for WebKit, WebCore and JavaScriptCore that includes full CVS repository access. The CVS system also includes the complete history of the project. Making the Apple WebKit now open source.

The Safari team is proud to announce that we are making significant changes in the way we operate, and these changes start today, Apple engineer Dave Hyatt says. Going forward we will be engaging actively with the community.
