iTunes 4.9 released, with podcasting

SillyDog701 Moderator DJGM told us, Apple have released iTunes 4.9. The new version supports "Podcasting" which allows you to download pre-recorded and/or previously broadcasted online radio programs for free in MP3 format, and sync them with your iPod, or listen to them on your computer.

What's new in iTunes 4.9

With iTunes 4.9, you can now browse and subscribe to podcasts from within the iTunes Music Store. Podcasts are frequently updated radio-style shows downloadable over the Internet. You can also transfer podcasts to iPod, for listening on the go.
