iTunes (Japan): one million downloads in 4 days

According to Business Week, iTunes Music Store in Japan hits 1 million downloads in 4 days!

It is interesting to note that Sony Music Entertainment, Japan's largest music label has not signed an agreement with Apple's iTunes Music Store.

Japanese are accustomed to paying up to twice that much although the rates are slightly more than the 99 cents charged in the U.S. version of the service.

Apple has not signed a deal with Sony Corp.'s music division, which has some of the most popular Japanese singers and bands under its label. Sony Music Entertainment says it's still in talks with Apple.
