Previously, there was a known problem on iTunes 6.0.2 and OS X 10.3.9 users, Disk Utilities cannot perform permission repair if users of OS X 10.3.9 upgraded to iTunes 6.0.2. We do not know if this issue has been fixed or not. (We will provide an update once information is available.)
