Flip4Mac WMV Component 2.1 released

Early last month, we reported beta version of Flip4Mac WMV Component in Universal Binary was available through a forum post. The Universal Binary of Flip4Mac WMV Component is now officially available, for both PowerPC and Intel based Macs. This Windows Media Components for QuickTime allows Mac users to play Windows Media files (.wma and .wmv) in QuickTime Player and in QuickTime Player plug-in in web browsers.

Flip4Mac WMV Component 2.0.2 was released for PowerPC based Mac on 5th March, it became a free plug-in when Microsoft decides to pull out development of Windows Media Player for Mac during MWSF 2006.
