Mac OS X 10.4.11 update released
Apple released Mac OS X 10.4.11, an update to its Mac OS X 10.4 "Tiger" operating system that is recommended for all users. This update brings Safari 3 to Mac OS X 10.4 "Tiger" users. (Safari 3 was previously available in Beta version for Mac OS X 10.4 users.)

The Mac OS X 10.4.11 update also corrected a problem when copying files from Mac OS 9 AFP sharepoints, improved AFP over Bonjour support, improved third-party wireless WAN device support, and updated Daylight Saving Time information for Indiana, Australia, New Zealand.
