Mac OS X 10.4.11 update released

Software UpdateApple released Mac OS X 10.4.11, an update to its Mac OS X 10.4 "Tiger" operating system that is recommended for all users. This update brings Safari 3 to Mac OS X 10.4 "Tiger" users. (Safari 3 was previously available in Beta version for Mac OS X 10.4 users.)

What’s New in this Version The 10.4.11 Update is recommended for all users running Mac OS X Tiger and includes general operating system fixes that enhance the stability, compatibility and security of your Mac. This update also includes Safari 3, the latest version of Apple's web browser.

Mac OS X LeopardThe Mac OS X 10.4.11 update also corrected a problem when copying files from Mac OS 9 AFP sharepoints, improved AFP over Bonjour support, improved third-party wireless WAN device support, and updated Daylight Saving Time information for Indiana, Australia, New Zealand.
