Apple releases Safari 3.1.1 (for Windows and Mac)

Safari 3.1
UniversalApple today released Safari 3.1.1 for Windows and Mac OS X, an update to Safari 3.1 released a month ago. Safari 3.1.1 includes improvements to stability, compatibility and security.

In Safari 3.1.1, two of the four security fixes are for the Windows XP and Vista platforms. The other two related to Webkit apply to both Windows and Mac OS X.

Safari 3.1.1 is available from Apple Safari web page, and is available for both Mac OS X and Windows.

Safari 3.1

Apple first released Safari 3 (public beta) to Windows users in June last year, and released Safari 3.1 to both Windows and Mac OS X users on 18th March 2008.

Safari 3.1.1 can be downloaded from http://www.apple.com/safari/ . The system requirement: Mac OS X 10.4.11 or later, or Windows XP or Vista with 256MB RAM or more on a 500 MHz or faster CPU.
