Apple releases iPhone OS 3.0.1 with SMS Security Fix

Apple updated iPhone OS 3.0 to version 3.0.1, a patch that fixes a significant SMS texting security hole unveiled this week by security researcher Charlie Miller.
The iPhone OS 3.0.1 Software Update is available for all iPhones, including original iPhone, iPhone 3G and iPhone 3GS.
