EyeTV 3.5.1 released


Elgato has released EyeTV update, making version to 3.5.1. EyeTV 3.5.1 adds new hardware support and some bug fixes, particular for streaming to iPad and iPhone.

And from version 3.5, EyeTV is for Intel based Mac only.

Hardware Support

Added support for EyeTV Sat Free.
Added support for EyeTV One for Digitenne by KPN.

Bug fixes

Improved support for EyeTV streaming to the iPad/iPhone.
Improved performance and stability.
Improved scheduling.
Smart Playlists now have a “Day of the Week” criterion for better sorting of recordings.
Improvements to the onscreen menu when stopping and deleting recordings.
Fixes an issue where some tvtv Smart Series would not record because they were treated as repeats.
Improved CAM support.
Fixes an issue when a recording-in-progress error would be displayed when changing channels.
Improved support for audio output over HDMI connections.
When a recording is exported, the season number and episode number are included in the iTunes tags.
Improved support for the infrared channel changer in EyeTV HD.
TitanTV is no longer available as a source of Program Guide data, and is no longer supported. You may still use the Remote Scheduling feature of TitanTV.

System Requirements:
EyeTV 3.5.1 will work on an Intel Mac with OS 10.5.8 or higher. However, we recommend Mac OS X 10.6.6 or later with all software and security updates installed.
