Adobe announced Photoshop Elements 4 for the Mac. The new version of Adobe's consumer-level image editing program includes auto red-eye removal, skin tone adjustment, the Magic Selection Brush, and the Magic Extractor tool. Photoshop Elements 4 should be available in March.
